Excellent experience beginning to end. Edgar texted ahead of the appointment and asked if he could start early (which was fine) and asked some clarifying questions. He showed up when expected, was very cordial, and quickly got to work. An hour and a half later he was wrapping up, and the test drive confirmed the rattle was gone (he replaced a strut mount). He also adjusted the quote to reflect that only one strut mount needed replacement (system generated quote assumed both sides). Will definitely use again!

Great experience working with Shawn. Im out of town so I really leaned on him to provide me with great feedback regarding the vehicle I was purchasing. He called to inquire about an early appointment time and made sure to note my concerns and things I wanted him to look for. He was receptive to my call afterwards, answered questions and provided some insight on some website issues that I experienced. He provided pictures of the potential items that he noticed and provided voice recordings on his findings.
