1991 Honda Civic 33,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Not kidding. I called YouMechanic first to do a buyers check. Patrick met at the seller's home and did a quick, thorough review and called me with the results. I expected some paperwork, reporting on the auto, but instead they have an audio recording system. This is the only place I think I would recommend improvement in the YourMechanic system. Since I talked to Patrick and heard the report and was able to ask him questions, I got all my buyer's jitters allayed. The next time I contacted Patrick was for a radiator replacement. He showed up early and got right to the repair and it was done in no time. It still boggles my mind that a mechanic can do this kind of stuff in a non-shop environment. Since Patrick repaired our vehicle early, my husband was able to leave a day early for a cross-country trip (good test of the repair work!). Thanks Patrick!

Jonathan was superior. He not only fixed my main issue but also informed me that the front brakes didn’t require service at this time. He explained to me also what other services are needed and the failure of a previous shop I went to and how that caused the issues I saw. He was personable and patient. Will definitely ask for him again for future services.

Tinashe was patient, kind and efficient. He answered my questions, gave advice for the future, and ascertained the problem and solution quickly. I was really anxious about my car but he made it a great experience.
