William came out to help diagnose a persistent rotational scraping. We were unable to diagnose on first visit. Will be scheduling a second to continue dialing it down. Super competent, took the time to carefully tear down and inspect components.

He came out did excellent job told us everything around the van that needs to be done or that didn't need to be done he was very pleasant he did everything good the only problem we had is we have to update the GPS on your side because it showed me on my GPS that you showed up at 11:19 but you showed up about 10:45 on your regular time so besides that everything went great I will recommend Rafael again

Mike was/is Absolutely Wonderful!! i have to admit that i was a little nervous about this appt because Mark had been here before and i wanted Mark to do this job but didnt call you guys back to ask for Mark....Mike showed up and showed out and i couldnt be more pleased and happy with his work and his patience to answer all of my questions.
