Also it was very refreshing to be able to talk to the mechanic while correcting the problem. After correcting the problem he test drove the vehicle in which I appreciated. Tom reached out to verify the part I supplied. He showed up on time and courteously offered to reset any check engine lights associated with the repair and completed the work quickly. I normally do all my own work on my car but not having access to my personal tools to get it done in time to go to work, I wouldn’t hesitate having Tom do any work in the future.
