I set up a service event for my car Tuesday, and I want you to know how much I appreciate your mechanic's attention to detail. The car is running better than it has in a while, and I give credit to the work Joe Hough did. Chuck did a great job! One of the parts I got was the wrong one and he not only let me know which ones to get but was also super patient and waited for me to exchange the parts for the right ones so I didn’t have to reschedule. Victor was absolutely terrific! It's obvious he's a very experienced mechanic, and I would request his services any time I had car problems. Not only was he professional and efficient, Victor is one of the nicest, friendliest people you will ever meet. I'd been told by others that I could probably expect all kinds of extensive work on my old car, but it was just what he diagnosed, done quickly and at a very reasonable price. I know it's reasonable because I checked prices at several places, and the work was within that range.
