He was great very friendly but You guys gave him the wrong part and jacked up the price on me and I’m not happy about that! You gave me an estimate of 181 bucks and then jacked it up 100 bucks because the part Supposedly cost more! This is not a good way to do business! I tried to tell you it was an 05 avalanche but he brought a part w/o cruise control and That’s on You! I had no problem with the mechanic and the job he did. I Do however have a problem with the Extra cost of the part!

Alex was great. He called and came early which was better for me. He showed me everything that he was doing and we determined that I needed a different part in addition to just the cv axle that I requested. He helped me order the correct part and I have scheduled for him to come back to fix both issues. He knows he craft and doesn’t try to sell you things that you don’t need.
