John was excellent. He called to see if he could come early. He knew his stuff and quickly completed the ordered work. My battery was dead, really dead and unlike normal cars GM makes it challenging to get to the battery. My choice was to have the car towed to a shop and then get repairs which would have been both a hassle and much more expensive than Your Mechanic. I would use this service and John again.

I am a business owner and my standards are high. What impressed me with John is he saw my gas lines needed to be replaced and he just did it. Most auto shops will not provide that level of detail.
