Outstanding Mechanic. Inspected the vehicle and diagnosed the root of the issue. Discovered that it was more than a failing water pump. Robert not only explained the cause of the vehicle problem; but also showed me which parts had to be replaced and why. While performing the repair, Robert maintained a high level of professionalism and courtesy. In my opinion, he went above and beyond.
