I was having trouble turning my steering wheel and all the car shops nearby were too busy to take me. I put in a appointment request and later that afternoon the mechanic, Misty, was there to look at my car. She was very friendly and polite and quickly had the problem diagnosed. I will be recommending her to all my friends.

Very professional and informative. Did a through inspection of work to be done and advised us that she wasn't able to make the necessary repairs instead of pretending to do the work as some service personal have done in the past. Would highly recommend her and/or request her in the future.
