Next I honed my skills with a national used car chain Carmax where all makes and models are sold and serviced. I currently hold A1-A9, X1,L1 and L2 ASE certifications. Ben was great! Called me couple of days before the appointment and confirmed that the service requested is what exactly I needed, He called again an hr before the appointment and was on time. He finished the work and only to find that the part did not fit right. He made couple of calls to your mechanic and waited for the part to arrive and fixed it. The whole appointment lasted for about 5 hrs as he has to work twice. He was very patient and behaved professional through out! Thanks Ben and thank you YourMechanic!!!
