He showed up with everything, told me what to expect and what he was looking for so that no time was wasted, finished his job sooner than even he had estimated, AND drove the car back down the street to me to show off his success. I am overall really happy with his professionalism and his knowledge on the issue.

I cannot find the words to express how thankful I am for people like Raymond(& MyMechanic) He was every consumers dream: Great at his job, honest, on time(even early!) finished the job in shorter time than approximated and friendly! We were incredibly anxious about ALL those things because our experiences have been disappointing and caused us to be untrusting. It's rare to get our needs met! Also, MyMechanic offered us a payment plan we could afford, therefore, making the service possible. We WILL be back! And, God-willing. Raymond will be our mechanic:)

I have a 1999 Nissan Sentra, with a bad Harmonic Balance, Jimmi showed up on time and got right to doing what was needed, asked questions and then proceeded. the job was done in my mind record time of about 35-40 mins. I was shocked at this.. go to a shop they will dilly dally around while on the clock, charge more than was intended. I will keep this guy in mind. very well done and couldn't ask for better.
