“I got my education as an aircraft technician but that was not my path. My initial experience in automotive was working as a factory trained Porsche technician. I gained a wealth of experience from working on Porsche cars from every era, from 356 to 928 to 993. I also trained in and worked on VW/Audi, BMW, as well as several exotics including Ferrari. The difficulty and complexity of those cars developed a strong basis for me as a technician. Everything else seemed easy. Later, I became a Master level Nissan/Infiniti and Toyota technician and spent nearly 18 years in the dealership world. The next phase of my career came as shop owner. From that, I have experience in nearly every manufacturer and type of vehicle. My approach is rooted in understanding the technology and applying a structured process. I insist on doing the work necessary to be right about diagnosis. I take a great deal of pride in applying an ethical, technical process to resolve problems. My objective is simple: put customers in the best possible position by providing real value for money.”
