James was fantastic! He called the day before my appointment to touch base and go over the history of the problem with my car. It had been misfiring and now would not start at all. I previously had my regular mechanic look at the car but he was unable to figure it out. James arrived on time the next morning and quickly discovered the problem - a loose connector to the coil pack. He snapped it into place and the car started right up.
