Grzegorz was very professional. He wasn't able to get my battery going the first time, so went home to get some extra equipment and make it to another appointment before coming back a couple of hours later to try again. I appreciated that he didn't just say "too bad, I can't help you". He was able to get the car started enough to open the boot and replace the battery when he came back, saving me a tow to the dealer. David was very professional, and not only made me feel comfortable with thoroughness, but made the owner feel comfortable with the pre-purchase inspection. He did the reporting through YourMechanic, but he also gave me a more personal assessment of some aspects of the car purchase (unrelated to price), but specifically what things need to be considered immediately, and what I should just be aware of, but not take action on.

Jose came through and did a great job after a prior mechanic improperly installed the serpentine/drive belt on my SUV when replacing the alternator. I was truly disillusioned and unwilling to do business with Your Mechanic after the initial service. However, Jose's honesty and competence restored my faith in the business. Jose is knowledgeable and honest. He saved me some money by telling me I booked unneeded services and did just what I needed. He also has the same kind of car as me and understands not every car needs the same routines at the same times, and gave me some advice about my prius battery. As a bonus, he showed up 10 minutes early and finished an hour or so before the estimated time given.
