Excellent service and very convenient. John made an extra trip to pick up parts just prior to my appointment since they weren't in yet at the start of the day. This was the first time using this service and I won't hesitate to use it in the future.

Lavell was great. I had booked an appointment for him to inspect my car in the morning, but as he was finished early on a job the day before he called to ask if I wanted him to come a day early. He quickly figured out that I had a problem with the starter of my car and we made an appointment for him to come back and change it only two days later. He arrived on time and was well prepared. He did the job efficiently in less time than initially estimated. He also and recommendations for further repairs needed. I'll gladly book Lavell again for my next repair.
