I booked the appointment to check whether my local auto shop was being truthful about my transmission leak, since it started right after they did a chemical flush(don't do it!). Pete arrived a bit late due to being thorough on a previous job (my appointment was late afternoon), that's OK. He used jack stands to safely lift my car for inspection in the driveway. Took pictures of the underside of the transmission to show me the source of the leak. He is very knowledgeable about older vehicles' automatic transmissions, and he took time to answer all my questions.

Kris is what I expect in a mechanic. He listened and assessed the problem. He was very polite and professional. I will only be using Kris in the future for all my needs when it comes to my car.
