Kris is what I expect in a mechanic. He listened and assessed the problem. He was very polite and professional. I will only be using Kris in the future for all my needs when it comes to my car. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for a good mechanic. He never said you SHOULD do this or that. It was always "I'd recommend you do this" and he gave a reason as to why. I plan on saving his number and will call your mechanic only if Kris will be working on my car.

Kris showed up on time, but one belt he had was the wrong size. I don't think it was his fault, the auto shop he went to before to pick up the belts gave him the wrong part. He had to go to another shop to get the correct part, so it took a bit longer than expected.

Kris was outstanding. Started with the basics and worked towards the solution. Very thorough and professional. So glad he was available and was able to fix the problem! Thanks Kris and Your Mechanic for offering this service.

Kris did a great job replacing the rear brake pads today, he called 45 minutes before appointment to confirm. He arrived on time and had everything completed in less than an hour. He was very nice and I felt very comfortable with him, He showed me both brake pads, the old and new and explained how much ware they had. For my future needs, I will be sure to request Kris, he has the experience that anyone would want.
