I have been taking my car to the dealership annually since 2010. It was hard for me to switch but a good time since my service adviser left and the dealership service is closed on Saturdays. Roland was very personable, professional and easy to understand with questions that I had regarding my car's issue. He took the time to show me the part he was installing and how it worked and also showed me the faulty part that was replaced.
