Roland is a fantastic mechanic and I cannot recommend him enough. There were multiple issues with the website (setting an appointment) and software, Roland was the saving grace in this instance. He walked me through what was going on, all of my options, and clearly explained the process from start to finish.

He took on a very challenging task and figured out and repaired the problem. The Ford dealers will nopt even look at ait and very few places will take it on. This saved my business and will keep it going for another couple of years. Twoing the truck to my usual caretakers in Citrus heights would have cost me a vast fortune! thank you!

Perfect mechanic got straight to business, knew what he was doing and very informative.

I was delighted that Roland seemed so expert in dealing with this issue. He systematically eventually found the precise problem. A part (Diode) had been ordered and he will install it Thursday. Roland and Wrench is saving my business! Ford will not even look at my truck because its too old. And the place I normally go to in Citrus heights I don't think they have a handle on it like Roland, and the cost of towing would be huge! Thank you Wrench!

Roland was very personable, professional and easy to understand with questions that I had regarding my car's issue. He took the time to show me the part he was installing and how it worked and also showed me the faulty part that was replaced. Roland went above and beyond, as he continued to finish the job even though it was raining.
