Alex was about 45 minutes late but got right to work. He finished in less the time expected. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I’d book him again.

We have used Alex before and will continue to do so. We found out that the car repair center completely misdiagnosed my daughter's car problem. Alex diagnosed what was really wrong and fixed it right away. Alex's ONLY challenge is having to wade through Dallas' unpredictable traffic to make an appointment on time. However, having someone actually come to our house has made it incredibly easy for me to get multiple things done at a time and not worry about getting a car to and from a service center!!

He was four hours late for appointment. Otherwise, he is a good mecganic.

Alex was able to identify the issue and was able to fix the problem later in the day. I would strongly recommend him for any job.

I booked this appointment, while my daughter was the one on site. She said he was friendly. However, he called to reschedule for 2 hours earlier. She dropped what she was doing and headed home only to have him not turn up till 45 minutes later from time agreed. Also, I don't understand why the report says the fluid levels are 'excellent' when they are nearly empty as the car has been sitting for a while. I know this car very well and noticed a few other 'excellent' remarks such as with tire thread (some tires are worn thin) which is worrisome. I would've wished for a greater level of accuracy.

Alex was scheduled to replace my fuel sender anyway but I blew a radiator hose and was down away from home on a Sunday. Alex sourced a hard to find Range Rover hose and picked it up on the way and Performed both repairs late on a Sunday perfectly and professionally 😎. Great guy! Alex to the rescue. Rescheduled twice and finally arrived late in the evening. Rushed the service. No vehicle inspection was done. Acted like in a hurry to leave.

I am more than happy with my experience with Alex. Of course, after months of hot sunny days, the weather erupted resulting in extended storm delays. But when Alex arrived, he was professional and personable. Not only did he diagnose the problem with my 73 Covette 454, but resolve it on the spot! And recommended other services to improve performance. I was beyond impressed not only with his skill, but his honesty! My heartfelt thanks to Alex for keeping it 100!
