Need a bit more experience with electrical issues, other than that Timothy tried to do what he could. Car still isn’t running however. And we are still trying to throw money at the issue without a diagnosis.

I really felt like Timothy did a good job. It seemed like there was a mixup regarding parts- he called asking me if I had the parts before the job. He said there was trouble with yourmechanic/wrench, which had told him the parts were already with me. At any rate, the appointment started two hours late, but once he was here, he did an outstanding job.

Timothy figured out what was wrong and fixed it very quickly! Super helpful, would definitely work with him again!

Everything went well. I will continue to use Timothy but, not the website I found him on. Incorrect quotes....not estimate...actual quote. Was made to feel as if I was crazy for expecting the company, Wrench/YourMechanic, to have to deal with the misquote. I fail to understand how this was my responsibility to remedy the error after I had already signed, accepted and even financed the charges. Timothy was great but Wrench/Your Mechanic is very unprofessional.
