Tom reached out to verify the part I supplied. He showed up on time and courteously offered to reset any check engine lights associated with the repair and completed the work quickly. I normally do all my own work on my car but not having access to my personal tools to get it done in time to go to work, I wouldn’t hesitate having Tom do any work in the future.

Tom arrived just a couple of minutes early and finished just under the estimated time. He was courteous and friendly, and he did his work quietly - which wasn't necessary but was appreciated since a couple of people in my house were still sleeping. He was actually so unobtrusive that I went off and worked in the backyard, did a load of laundry, and completely forgot he was there. Lol
