Robert failed to appear for the first appointment with no word. I called him he didn’t return my call. Called customer service and they could not reach Robert. Not professional to not communicate he wasn’t going to cancel. Then he is over an hour late for the next appointment. He described issues with the truck that weren’t related to the emissions portion of it. I already knew of the radiator leak. The previous mechanic had stated that if the check engine light came back on that it was possible that there was a short, so I am being charged for something that the previous mechanic said was a possibility, so this is a related item not a new thing that happened to this vehicle I should not be charged Should also not be charged because I was canceled on the first appointment and if I had done that I would be charged and as it gets closer to the appointment date and if I cancel, I get charged the full amount I should be credited the full amount because this was a related issue. It was not a new issue very disappointed in the service and the customer service this time around.
