Very good experience. Rick called to ask if it was ok to come early - and it was fine. He replaced our battery quickly. It was great to have the work done where we live and not have to go to the garage. Thank you!

New the car very well. Was very fast. I would recommend when booking that you specify that the parking where the work is performed has to have concrete floor. I do not remeber that. The parking next to my building is hard dirt. I was told this would not work. I loved the experience.

Rick did a great job with my car. He was very understanding and patient while waiting for me, as I work from home and it took time to respond to him. He also made sure to stay in constant contact with me while working on my car, up until he was done with the job.

Rick was awesome he contacted me a day prior to my appointment just to go thru what would be done to my truck also would let me know an hour before arriving that he would be on his way !!! He also gave me pointers that would help improve the performance of my truck!!!!! In and out in hour truck is performing excellent!!!! Rick is an asset to your company!!!!!
