customer service department is difficult and time consuming to contact once they have gotten your credit card on file. Won't call you back if they think it could be trouble.

Nick was very professional and efficient. He quickly determined the problem and suggested a low cost fix. My long unused car alarm somehow got activated and the arm/disarm device had a dead battery. A new battery fixed the problem.

Service was easy to book, Nick was very professional. My only request is that i wish i could have left him a tip.

Nick arrived a little late, but he contacted me in advance to inform me of a situation he had while repairing another vehicle and that he was a little behind, but other than that Nick was friendly, detailed and professional. he did a great job! I'd definitely recommend him to family and friends, and will be calling him back to do some more work on my car.

I am very happy with Nick's work. However I am not happy about Yourmechanic. The first mechanic that came out diagnosed the "problem" and it turns out that there was no problem. I did not want his services after waiting 4 hours (9:30 pm) for him to return to fix the problem. There was little to no communication and I called the corporate office and spoke with a Cindy. She did not seem very sympathetic to my situation in any manner. I was then offered a new mechanic, who was Nick. He was given little instruction to what was needed to be "fixed". The problem was fixed 6 days later. I had to find alternate transportation which cost me much more than I could afford. I am not happy with yourmechanic and would not recommend them to my enemy. I, however, will recommend Nick because he was trustworthy and seemed very knowledgeable.

Nick was awesome!!! The whole family thought he was great. Professional, knowledgeable and patient enough to explain the work too! He went above and beyond the call of duty. He is a dedicated mechanic!

Nick was very professional and did the oil change and a tire rotation. He took a look at the brakes, tires and fluids. I really feel he went the extra mile. He also pointed out things we need to keep an eye on, where as another mechanic probably would of said this or that needs fixed now. Many times in a shop one person takes and gives all the information regarding your vehicle, so it was good being able to ask Nick questions. He was a very friendly guy with lots of experience. I would definitely recommend and if a we need further service will give Your Mechanic a call.

Nick is very knowledgeable. It took a long time to get the car fixed but there were some complicated electrical issues. My only concern is that communication could have been better.
