Neil is a very knowledgeable and methodical mechanic that knows his Fords. I was looking for someone that would clearly explain and show me the problem. Neil was excellent. Very friendly and great at explaining things to me. He came out the first time because I had a warning light on and my wheel squeaked when it turned. He was quickly able to diagnose both problems. The squeaking turned out to be the tie rod ends. I booked a second appointment to replace them and he came and quickly installed them. Squeaking gone!
