Nice Guy, good work

Mike showed up right on time, was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful.

Mike was a very nice man but he didn't know where the part was located on the car and the part he replaced did not fix my car. So my money was thrown away in the wind. I think the part was a bad part. What he said needed to be replaced is suppose to last the life time of the car. My car doesn't even have 70,000 miles on it yet. So I think he didn't know what he was talking about. I was planning on telling good things about Your Mechanic to all my friends and family but not now only bad.

Mike was good. He was on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately . MIke is the one to get when you need someone that knows what they are doing!

Mike took the time to explain some preventative maintenance steps that can we can take now to avoid costly maintenance issues in the future.

Excellent experience with Mike! He showed up a before the appointment time, greatness. He knew what he was doing and had the tools for the job, greatness. He was professional and informative, greatness. After all is said and done there is one word to describe it all, greatness!!!

Mike was committed to finding out the problem with my car, and because I did not want another set of hands touching my car, he let me know when he would be available on the site so he could comeback to put the new part on.

Mike was outstanding. He arrived within the 1-hour window, was very kind and professional, and he obviously knew what he was doing. He replaced the starter in my 2004 Honda Accord, but he even first checked to make sure the battery wasn't the issue. The fix took the time estimated, and I was very happy that my car started again. Thanks for the excellent work Mike!

Mike is an incredible mechanic. He knew exactly what was going on right from the start, and showed me exactly where my problems were. He was super down to Earth and throughout the work we had a great time talking about cars and some life experiences. I totally recommend this guy for pretty much anything you need. 10/10

Super friendly, honest and knowledgable. Actually arrived early and changed brakes in quick efficient manner. Did a thorough inspection and made some good recommendations. Hopefully will get him again when the next issue arises.

On time, very friendly, and very fast. He replaced my water pump on my truck and did it faster than I expected. Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem I was having (my fault for misdiagnosing the problem), but he was able to give advice on what the problem was and next steps to fix it. This was my first time using Your Mechanic and I was skeptical at first, but after hiring them I would definitely be calling them again.

He arrived early and ready to work and took his time making sure all was in order. I would gladly recommend Mike and use him again for myself.
