Overall really good service. Considering it was something I knew nothing about I was able to submit a service quote and the price they quoted me was what they charged me. Not a penny more. The best part was they came to my location to service my car. I didn't have to spend half a day at a mechanic shop.

Very courteous and polite and solved issue with vehicle in timely manner.

Kevin called to say he could show up before the 3pm appt.He was here by 2pm and was finished before 3:30.He was very professional and explained and showed me what was done.I'm very pleased !

Kevin went out of his way to get the job done which is not something that can be said for his employer. There service is not ready for mainstream!

Although Kevin was 45 minutes late, he did call and let me know ahead of time. It is of course frustrating for me, the customer, as I had to get up early (I work nights), but I do understand that one cannot foresee traffic or similar circumstances that are out of your control. They even tell you upfront that there is always a possibility that a mechanic does run late. Other than that, I was very happy with the service, and most of all the price. Everything about this service was extremely professional. Will use again.

This is a 5 Star review. Kevin is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin was dispatched to "clean up" someone else's problem and did a good job of "servicing" the issue. I really wish that Kevin had been the original mechanic and I would not be having any problems. He is absolutely the best and I would ONLY want Kevin to work on my vehicle.

Kevin is a good man and mechanic. He called letting me know he's there an hour early. He was personable and completed the job. I was able to go back into the house and work while he worked on my car. I would use Kevin again!
