Joseph performed a pre-purchase inspection on a used car for me and it went great. Joseph was friendly, communicated well and often, and his inspection was thorough.

Joseph was great! He was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. He fixed my issue quickly and even helped answer additional questions that I had about what another mechanic had mentioned about my vehicle. It was evident the other mechanic did not do a thorough evaluation on an inspection so that was very nice of him to help me troubleshoot. I will be looking to use him again in the future.

Joseph did maintenence on out 2002 Ford Escape and our 2010 Honda Accord. He was pleasant and professional, and we will likely have him back again for further work.

Joseph was friendly and personable. He worked on my Ford E350 Econoline. He experienced some problems getting the right alternator from O'Reillys, O'Reilly's gave him 6 alternators, all of them the wrong one. He was late to the service appt , and when I called, he told me we would have to reschedule for next morning The following day he removed my alternator rapidly and then told me he would return with the right alternator, especially since he had the old one to make a comparison, this was about 8:00 a.m.. It was 3:00 when I decided to call him. I called the number and they told me Joseph left a message that he would be unable to finish the job do to unforseen circumstances. I became a little upset after this because he had my alternator and just stated he could not finish. The person on the phone told me she would find out what was going on and call me right back. She never did. I called again and got a very helpful woman, who gave me a $25.00 discount and told me she would find out what was going on, she didn't call me back,but Joseph did and said he was on his way and be right over. He showed up and put the new alternator,belt tensioner, and serpentine belt within minutes. I don't know why Joseph didn't call me himself and let me know what was going on, he is a really nice guy and I do not understand it. I would let him work on my vehicle again, but I would make sure to call him, every hour.

Awesome! Did great work on my Ford Mustang - trunk latch wasn't working and he replaced it right there in my office parking garage. The trunk light wasn't working and he figured that out too. Most definitely would recommend!
