As always, Jeremiah goes above and beyond. He found problems difficult to fix and had to leave a couple times to get supplies. He finally got it done.

Jeremiah is very professional, HONEST, and overall excellent at his job! He could have just installed the starter as I thought this was the problem, but he did some testing and found out that it was just a faulty key fob. Saved me a TON of money!

My car was dead in the garage, and at the worst time with the oncoming snow and ice storm. Knowing there'd be a lot of crashes and repair shops would be busy, my husband found Your Mechanic online. How awesome is it to have a mechanic come to us! It was so convenient and easy to schedule appointment. Jeremiah arrived promptly. He identified the car problem as electrical and installed a new battery. He went over what he saw about the car and answered all my questions. Jeremiah has worked on my vehicle previously. He was early for appointment and had called to make sure that worked for me. He got to work immediately and assured me that things would go smoothly. He completed repair in less time than I anticipated and showed me defective parts he repaired. He discussed some recommended repairs I hadn't been aware of. He was professional, and very reassuring. Would recommend him for any customer.
