Juan was very knowledgeable, prompt, and helpful. I had actually had a bunch of expensive work done at the Honda dealership earlier in the week and they recommended I replace the struts. Juan replaced the struts as I had requested, but he also was able to point out that the dealership had missed that the CV axle and ball joint boots were leaking and he recommended that I take the car back to the dealership and complain and I ended up getting the additional work done at no cost.
