Replaced my door handle on my '13 Camry. He did a top notch job. Very efficient and professional.

How long is a very humble tech savvy and very patient mechanic. He is excellent and performing all his duties as well as very knowledgeable and experienced. He even informed me of all of everything that was completed and gave me the information to understand how the engine actually works as well as the parts that are going to be needed for the work to be performed. I would rate him 10 stars if you had them! I look forward to him fixing my vehicle when it is time to in the future!

He was fantastic. He was prompt In evaluating the problem and making the needed repairs. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and all my questions were answered. He even took the time to explain the additional items recommended in the follow up quote. You could ask for no one better.

Being a single female, I have had my share of mechanics being dishonest . Harold is the most impressive/ honest mechanic I have met. It was obvious he cared a great deal about repairing my car correctly .He took his time , made recommendations,explained what he was doing and why . He answered every question I had ( a lot)! I am sure he was there at least an hour longer than he would of been, had I not had so many questions! Even gave me tips on how to post my car for sale and sights to research what my asking price should be. He invited my on the test drive he did at the end and explained what still needed fixed and why. I would not ever consider any other mechanic.
