He answered all my questions

G inspected a Benz CL500 for me. He found multiple issues with the vehicle and saved me a 2 hour drive to Philadelphia to inspect the car myself. His inspection was very thorough; I was highly impressed. He took the time to make sure that I don't get stuck with a lemon; with his findings, he saved me from a potential costly nightmare.

G was really nice. Very professional, explained everything he was doing while doing it. What I thought was wrong wasn't and he explained to me how he came to that conclusion and also told me what my next steps should be and offered to come back if I had anymore problems. My appointment was for 6:30pm but he squeezed me on for an earlier time!! I will definitely use them again. This was my first time using YourMechanic and am pleased. Thank you G!!!

Very honest, suggested the right kind of repair, completed service within allotted time, explained all questions very clearly, took efforts to identify other secondary problems that existed and suggested solutions. Made multiple trips until the problem was solved and I was satisfied. Very responsible, just handed over my car keys and he took care of the rest.
