Eduardo was friendly and courteous. He completed the work in less time than the original estimate. My car operates much better after he replaced the struts. As other reviewers have noted, he was not on time for the appointment. He did make one call to explain he was obtaining the necessary parts but it was still more than a couple hours before he arrived.
