Billy arrived early and announced which was great for me: He completed the job very quickly and efficiently. Sometimes people can accomplish a task but reek of attitude but not Billy. Billy was cheerful as well as professional throughout. I’ll be happy to make future appointments as needed.

The mechanic was great but was sent out with the wrong description of the work I requested several times on your website. So I ended up paying for an oil change again w weeks after you sent out Rich who did an oil change for me.

Billy came and got right to the issue. He made sure battery was good and charging as expected.

I was a bit disappointed at first b/c I had to reschedule my appointment b/c the part needed wasn't in stock. Got appt rescheduled for next day. Billy showed up on time, and b/c of my error , had to make another trip to the parts store(I have wrong info on model of my car). Billy came back finished the job and was such a good guy, despite my error which sent him to the store again, that I couldn't help but be impressed. If I ever need ur services again, and I'm sure I will, I hope that I can request Billy, he's a great guy and he got the job done!
