Engine oil is the lifeblood of the engine. It's imperative to choose quality oil such as Mobil 1 because its been developed to provide cars with premium protection and performance. The oil resides in the oil pan, which is under the car attached to the bottom of the engine. All internal (moving) parts of the engine need to be lubricated by the engine oil. Will was great, very professional and open with communication. He did not arrive on time however but it was out of his control. The customer before us held him up on a fault of his own and did not have the necessary part that Will needed to work on his car. So in turn it caused Will to be 2 hours late. We ended up being very hard pressed for time and my wife was not able to have him to the tire rotation. For the future it would be in the better interest of your clients if there is a set clause or statement when booking appointments that says "if you are not prepared when the mechanic arrives, your mechanic will pass on to the next customer and you will have to reschedule accordingly".
