Ruben arrived on-time (early actually) and went straight to work. He was very professional and completed the work quickly and neatly. The alternator location on the Honda Pilot is not easy to get to, but it gave him no problems. He was very friendly and the price was good, with no last-second gimmicks or needless add-on's. I drove the Pilot about 60 miles after the work was done and have had no problems with it. I recommend Ruben to anyone needing help in the Tampa area.
