Wesley was awesome and understanding. He also didn't try and get me to replace things that I didn't need. He was straight forward but really nice about it. I asked him if he would always be my mechanic.

SERVICE

Battery is dead

AMOUNT PAID

$70.00
by Vikki from San Antonio, TX 78216

Robert did a great job, I was very pleased with his professionalism and his service. I don't particularly like the business model. I had alerted you earlier to the fact that the battery was dead. I didn't need an expert to tell me that. I would have thought that you all would have sent a replacement battery with him in case I wanted to replace. You lost an opportunity and a sale there. I immediately took my vehicle in to the dealer and am getting a new battery, plus getting the other minor issues I needed to address fixed. So, I won't be using your services. But, that has nothing at all to do with Robert. He was great.

Based upon your description, it appears you have a refrigerant leak. If you have inserted refrigerant that has 'UV Dye' included, detecting the leak is helpful with a 'UV light'. There are four major components linked together with hoses and...
2008 Suzuki SX4 not going into gear
Answered by Carlos
Hi. It sounds to me like there is some sort of mechanical binding in the shift linkage, probably requiring some level of disassembling and cleaning. Also, some rust might have formed somewhere underneath the car. If you need further assistance,...
Clutch pedal went to floor
