Scott was MOST professional and answered all questions in a manner that was both clear and understandable to this non-mechanically inclined. He was very forthright about issues of concern with our car, an I appreciated his not trying to sell me additional services until I broached the subject. He did the scheduled service in a timely manner, and within hours I had his full inspection report in my e-mail in box. Yes, we will definitely use your services again and specifically request Scott as the technician again.

Jose arrived early enough to begin working on my car at the appointed time! He was courteous, professional and reassuring. He explained potential issues I may have with my battery and battery case before giving me back my keys. I'm very pleased with his service!
