Richard was on time for the service and completed the service within the allocated time. He also cleaned and took care of Valve cover and sides as well without leaving greasy oil before replacing the gasket. Unfortunately, the gasket didn't fit and had to be exchanged at the store, even then he still had that smile on his face and didn't show any frustration. He did post check before leaving and my car is now back on road.

Mr. Robert is very professional, expert in work, patience and genuine. He is done a great service, transparent on what he is doing and he did showed me the parts that he has brought and also provided useful information.
