Rocco arrived at my house before the scheduled time. He began working on my car immediately and he fixed the headlight bulbs and the steering rack/gearbox. I had taken this back to the mechanic who fixed what I thought to be the problem in the first place (he replaced the power steering motor) and he did not even remember working on my car even though it has been in the shop four times.
