Bill was wonderful. He was on time for scheduled appointment both times. He was honest about what repairs were needed and didn't try to upscale me on unnessesary work. He educated me about my vehicle and even helped me out with another issue while there. He took less time than was scheduled which was great . William did a thorough check of my vehicle and confirmed what I had suspected. A defective thermostat which was allegedly replaced by a shop near where I live. My car exhibited the exact behavior before and after the thermostat replacement, a wandering temp gauge which only wanders between C and W. When it sticks near C, my vehicle would either do one of two things: 1) rough idle after driving it 30-40 min. Or 2) spew coolant causing stream to come out from under the hood. This is not a pretty sight as my car would lose ALL of the coolant. William Wolf is well-trained and knows a lot about cars. He confirmed my suspicion. Thank you, William!
