Excellent mechanic. My other appointment cancelled and Jacob was willing to go out of his way to service my vehicle on extremely short notice (he even apologized to me for the time it was going to take him to arrive even though it wasn’t anywhere near his fault!). He was very thorough with his quote and explained why the parts needed repair/ why other ones didn’t. He kept the quote economical and did not add in unnecessary repairs to boost the price. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable.
