What a smart guy Raphael is! He knows a lot about everything. By asking him questions, he was able to save me money from what I originally thought I needed done and got to the real problem, which was a bad-one-year-old battery! He also pointed out other issues that I need to address (that I kinda already knew about). I will be booking him again to fix those issues too.
