Toby was great. First he arrived about 30 minutes early which I appreciated. While he was unable to replace my fuel pump due to some pre-existing shoddy repairs that were done by a previous mechanic, he was extremely helpful in pointing out the problems he found. I will be calling for Toby in the future when I need other repairs and services.
