Deward was just a bit late for the appointment (3:15 instead of 3:00), but he texted as soon as he arrived and immediately began working on replacing the car battery. He was quick and efficient. He also suggested that if the car wasn't going to be driven for a while, the car should be run for at least 30 minutes once a week. We found this information particularly helpful.
