Q: Truck leaking power steering fluid

asked by on March 22, 2016

My truck is leaking power steering fluid, making it hard to turn the steering wheel.

The source of the leak will need to be determined. The pump itself, the hoses, or the rack and pinion are all suspect. Once repaired and fluid is added, the wheel should be easy to turn. If you would like this repaired, consider contacting a mobile mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, to locate the power steering fluid leak and service it.
