Yes you can bypass the compressor on this engine. You'll have to use a piece of string to wrap around the pulleys. You can then measure the string to see what size belt you need. Make sure to take the tensioner into consideration.

Got it my belt tightened via the alternator so I should maybe set that more towards a loose position then use the string solution?
