Mass Airflow Sensor Replacement $188.36 - $786.53 Get a Quote

On most Fiats, there is a mass air flow sensor at the air box, and if you look at the air box, it may have a separate hose coming off of it going into the air intake system and in this hose where you will see a sensor with wires to it. This is the intake temperature sensor. Check the wiring and connection to the sensor for any breaks or corrosion and repair as needed. If it looks okay, then remove the sensor and clean it to see if this helps or have the sensor replaced and clear the codes to see if the P0111 code goes away.

How Does Ignition Timing Work?
Ignition timing (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/what-does-ignition-timing-mean) is basically a coordinated dance between the ignition coil creating the spark and the rotational speed of the engine, which we call RPM (revolutions per minute). In order for the engine to produce optimum power with the...

If all are good, then it may be a wiring issue or possibly carbon build-up on the intake valves effecting the fuel mixture. If...
I accidentally drove through 2 feet of water, I have replaced several parts but the car still runs poorly
You did not mention replacing the air filter (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/air-filter-replacement) after it got wet. The engine and its sensors were not designed to go through water and will get damaged. You may have also damaged internal engine parts like bending engine...
