Arther this is a known issue and there is also a TSB for this problem which I have attached. Its also known for the Camshaft Adjustment Solenoid(s) and Timing Chain Idler Gear(M273) My goal is to provide you with excellent service. If you need more help, please let me know so l can continue to assist you. Simply reply back if you require additional information and I will be happy to help with any follow up questions. I am not done until you are happy. Kindest regards Greg

this is a big job to check the timing chain idler gear. Or this could be fixed with camshaft adjustment solenoids. Thanks Arthur

Big job Arther as the cam and crankshaft sensors are not aligning meaning stretched timing chain or as said above. Do you want to do this job or will you send it out? Greg

Even the car is still running smooth. Starts right up. Timing chain is stretch already? Maybe a dirty oil? Solenods itself. ? Will the car still runs normal even with this codes? Thanks again

If you have noticed no timing chain slapping at start up or with acceleration or deceleration then check oil level and condition. Low oil pressure dirty oil. It’s been successful in some cases to do an engine flush and oil with filter change? So if oil is a slight dirty and old do a flush first. Greg
